France’s most well-known wind, the mistral, funnels down the Rhône Valley, often gusting to hurricane power.
Over the previous 40 years, American photographer Rachel Cobb has usually visited, and lived in, Provence the place she skilled first-hand what it’s prefer to endure the mistral.
Photographing the impression of this relentless pressure of nature on life in Provence has been Rachel’s mission for twenty years….
