The annual world celebration of French meals returns on 21st March
For the fifth yr operating, the third week of March sees a reprise of the culinary occasion created in 2015 by Alain Ducasse and the French Ministry for Europe and Overseas Affairs. Goût de France – a play on each the French phrase for style and the phrase ‘good’– was established as a direct response to Unesco inserting the ‘gastronomic meal of the French’ on to its intangible cultural heritage record.
